Returns Policy

Customers, (“you”, “your”), may return unopened items ordered from, (“us”, “our”, “the Company”), within 30 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

  1. All items must be returned unopened, in their original packaging. They should be in a sellable condition, (exception can make only the items with defects).
  2. All returns must be authorized by our Customer Service representatives, in writing, with an RMA number, (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). No credits will be issued without an RMA number and an RMA form that was enclosed in the return package.
  3. In case of defective merchandise or miss-shipment, (goods in excess of what was ordered or wrong items), the Company will accept a return with the freight cost absorbed by the Company. No restocking fee will be charged.
  4. In case of damage or loss in transit, you are to report the damage or the loss, immediately. We will instruct you not to return the damaged goods and to keep them for further inspection by the freight forwarder’s representative. We will credit you based on a freight claim issued by us to the freight forwarder.
  5. Loss in transit. We do not take responsibility for lost goods that cannot be tracked. We are not liable in any way to issue refunds for goods lost in transit.

For reasons other than the ones specified above, the customer will be liable to pay the freight cost, in both directions, if customer benefitted of free shipping on an item they want returned.

Restocking Fees
A 15% Restocking Fee is charged to cover the cost of reprocessing the return and crediting the customer. The 15% Restocking Fee will be deducted from the amount to be credited.

The Company will credit the customer account within 30 days from the date the goods were received.

START THE RETURN PROCESS: To obtain an RMA number, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Call +61 (2) 9831 1700 to obtain an RMA#.
Have the following information ready:
- Order number;
- Item # and /or name of the item to be returned;
- Quantity to be returned
- Reason for return.

Step 2: Receive the RMA form and return label.
Our customer service will e-mail or fax to you an RMA form and a return label to be enclosed in the package returned.  The RMA number will expire after 14 days.

Step 3: Check Your Return
Returned merchandise will not be accepted and processed without a valid RMA number.
When your package is being received, the Returns personnel will check its content against the RMA form that you have enclosed in the package.
NOTE: Returns received without an RMA Form will not be credited.

Step 4: Ship and Insure Your Return.
Enclose the RMA form in the package.
Use the return label with the RMA # printed on it, to make sure the package arrives at the correct location. Our Company will not be responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit while being returned.

Clearance and Sale items are not returnable.
